We stand behind everything we sell if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item with your receipt and original packaging. Please read return guidelines below for more information.
Parts and Accessories:
We will take back any part, accessory or clothing item within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unused with all packaging. Clearance items can not be returned. We cannot take parts and components back that have already been installed. (see defective items). We are unable to warranty products and services returned to other bike stores. We will stand behind every product that has a longer guarantee from the vendor.
If your item is defective, we will do everything we can to get your item replaced through the manufacturer. In some cases we will need the original receipt, in others....a handshake. We love the suppliers we work with and those relationships come in handy. We will go to bat for you. Each product has it's own manufacturers warranty. Contact the store for each brands specific product warranty.
Automotive Bike Racks:
Automotive bike racks have a 14 day return period and are subject to examination by our staff.
Your first assignment when you buy a new bike is to fall in love with it. If you don't, you have 14 days to return it in new condition. Often times we find that it's an adjustment that can make your bike feel a lot better. Maybe consider having a fitting done. After 14 days you have 1 year of free service. We will make any adjustments for you for the first year you own your bike. We do not cover damaged parts or issues caused by neglect. We will repair any flats you have for the first year you own your bike. Flat repair covers the cost of the tube and labor.
Skis and Snowboards:
Your first assignment when you buy a new ski or snowboard is to go skiing or snowboarding and how the new equipment does on the slope. You have 14 days to return it in new condition. Often times we find that it's a binding adjustment that can make your skiing faster or snowboard turns tighter.
Hitches and Licenses:
Hitches and licenses can not be returned for any reason.
There are no returns on special orders items. Special order items are items that are not in our normal stock. We will warranty any defective special order items.
We work on just about every type of mechanical bike. If you think you have something weird, give us a call and let us figure out how we can help. We do have to draw the line at some e-bikes. If it's not a brand we are familiar with, we may refuse to work on it. Typically we'll be able to do the mechanical work but we will ask you to leave your battery at home. Some Lithium Ion batteries can be dangerous and we need to take precautions.
We want you to be happy with your bike. When we see service bikes come back to us we want to get it right. There are so many variables when dealing with those bizarre pops and clicks that sometimes we've fixed a "pop" and you wanted the "click" fixed. For that reason, we cover our service for 6 months from the date of repair. All replacements and warranty work is to be done at Spoke-N-Sport. We are unable to warranty products and services returned to other bike stores.
Purchases can be made with cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Klarna and Synchrony. Billing address must match your shipping address.
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.) Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.
Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.
Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.

Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
Shipping (Continental U.S.):
"In Stock" orders ship within 48 hours (holidays and weekends excluded) of the order being placed. "In Warehouse" orders take an additional 3 - 5 days to ship. All orders will ship as one. Shipping times are based on business days (Mon - Fri / Holidays and weekends are excluded). Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. We do not ship outside of the Continental U.S. Shipping charges are based on weight and shipping preference. Once orders leave Spoke-n-Sport we are unable to re-direct shipments to other addresses. Spoke-n-Sport can not guarantee ship times. All ship times are approximate ship times. Exact ship times may fluctuate due to factors outside the control of Spoke-n-Sport or the shipping service. To prevent fraud, your shipping address must match your shipping address. We ship via multiple carriers.
In Store Pick up:
Most orders will be ready within one business day (holidays and weekends excluded). We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you would kindly call us by phone to confirm the order prior to picking it up.
Local Sioux Falls Home Delivery:
Local delivery is available within the city limits of Sioux Falls for a small fee. Once choosing local delivery from the shipping methods, leave specific notes and times available for delivery in the comments section of your online order.
Curbside pick up orders will be notified when items are available for pickup.
No returns on used equipment. All used bikes and skis pass mechanical inspection, but are sold "as is".
Items that are "Backordered" have a future ship date. Please call the store direct for an estimated time of arrival.
We have a 30 day Lay-A-Way policy that allows you to put 30% of the retail price down to hold the product for up to 30 days. We do make an exception at Christmas time. We will hold products for 60 days starting Nov 1st. There are no Lay A Way options for Special Orders or clearance priced items.
24 Hour Hold:
Found an item that you really want? We can hold it for you for 24 hours. Not available for clearance items
